Important Ordering Information

Currently you can only purchase Archival Laser Prints through our online store. If you are interested in ordering an Original or a Custom Giclee Print, please contact us with the name of the piece you are interested in, and we will reply with detailed information. We will respond with an exact price including shipping.

Payment Methods

You can pay by credit card, PayPal account, or you can pay by check. All credit card orders are processed securely through PayPal, or you can pay using your PayPal account if you have one. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can sign up for one for free during the checkout process, or you can simply pay by credit card.

If you prefer to pay by check through the mail, simply select Pay By Check as your payment method during the checkout process, and you will be emailed an invoice with your total including S&H. Mail your check to:

After we receive your check or money order we will notify you when your payment has cleared and then ship your items. You will receive an updated email of your invoice with your order status changed from Pending to Confirmed. You can also check on the status of your orders through your account in our online store.

Detailed Information About Originals and Prints

Terms of Service

You will be notified at the email address you register with when your order has shipped. In stock items usually ship within 5 days. If the print you have ordered is not in stock your order can take up to 14 days to ship. In either case you will be notified when your order has shipped. If you require a certain timeline for delivery such as in the case of a gift for someones birthday please make note of it in the comments section and we will do our best to have your order arrive on time and contact you in the case where it will not be possible. If you have any concerns about delivery you can contact us.

Once your order has been shipped you have 7 days upon receipt to cancel & return your order undamaged and in its original condition for a full refund less shipping charges. Customer pays for return shipping charges. Customer must contact us before returning the item to confirm cancellation and reason for return. All items being returned must be undamaged and in resaleable condition and must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales invoice and returned in the original packaging. Prints or originals that are returned damaged or in any condition that will prevent the print from being resold at its original price will not be accepted.

Custom Prints are "Made Upon Order" and may not be returned.

Print orders of more than 5 prints are also considered "Made Upon Order" and may not be returned. We do not keep a large inventory of prints in stock. If you are planning a large order of prints and have concerns regarding the quality of our prints, please order one first before placing a large order.

Do not accept a package that appears damaged. If you are delivered a package that is damaged, report it immediately to the Post Office. They will need to inspect the print or original and the packaging in order to approve a refund. All prints and originals are insured for loss or damage.

If you are paying by check your order will be shipped after your check has cleared which may take up to 5 business days after it is deposited. Your order status will say pending until your item is shipped. When your order status changes you will receive an email receipt with an updated order status. If you need your item to ship before that please pay by Credit Card or PayPal account.
